zip file upload limit

can we increase upload of zip file to max 500kb?

i am getting this error while uploading

Code:

"Your file of 484.0 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 97.7 KB for this filetype."

I asked this matter to GF.

As we all know sb is mobile forum with direct application download.
and its closed due to complaints. so GF said me that Never upload anything to server u can prefer rapidshare.
